@bkryer @mattgemmell I have had both ankles broken (not at the same time!) and initially resisted physio cuz I was tuff enuf or some nonsense...suffice to say I ran better times after proper therapy both times...so, yeah, good choice!

@dispatchesfrom I don’t much care for anyone’s delivering of prescriptions for living, no matter their geographic origins. They are as common as farts and just as valuable.
My sense is that it is another symptom of 'problem solving' as the non-plus ultra.
