But to address your question directly—I think we best expand our considerations before anybody identifies any 'problems' for which we will diligently toil to ’solve'. And I’m not quibbling about definitions for the sake of it (a favorite exercise of time vampires of every stripe, tossing around "" like party favors) but find it !important to consider also intent, agency, conditions, and scope before thinking about what solvability can do to improve our lot.
